the short version
We store your email, a password hash, and some bookkeeping about your agent. Your music never touches us: audio streams directly between your browser and your own agent, on your own hardware. We can't see your library, and we don't want to.
what we store
- your email address and whether you've verified it
- a password hash (argon2id) — never the password itself
- login sessions — a hashed session id and its expiry
- your agent's registration — the name and URLs it reports, its software version, last heartbeat time, last library-scan time, and a free-disk-space number
- your waitlist email, if you joined the waitlist
- one-time email tokens (verify / reset / waitlist-confirm links), stored hashed and single-use
That's the whole database.
what we never store
- your audio files — they never pass through our servers, not even to stream
- your library contents: tracks, artists, albums, tags, playlists, samples, stems
- your listening history or library searches
- what your agent downloads, or from where
All of that lives in your agent's own database on your own hardware. When you press play, your browser talks straight to your agent.
cookies & trackers
One cookie: the session cookie that keeps you logged in. No analytics, no trackers, no third-party scripts, no ad tech. Nothing on this site phones anywhere but here — and your own agent.
We only email you to verify your address, reset your password, confirm a waitlist spot, and announce the launch to the waitlist. No marketing lists, no sharing your address with anyone. Mail goes out through our own mail server.
ip addresses
Your IP appears in short-lived rate-limit counters (they keep bots off the login and signup forms) and in ordinary web-server logs. Both age out. We don't build profiles from them.
deleting your data
There's a delete account button in your dashboard. It's immediate and removes your account, sessions, and agent registration — everything listed above. Your library is untouched, because it was never here. To come off the waitlist, or for anything else, just email us.
sharing
We don't sell, rent, or share your data with anyone. There's nothing here worth selling.
changes
If this policy changes we'll update this page and its date; anything material gets an email too.
